This corporation was established by two Registered Professional Land Surveyors to combine their many years of experience performing professional land surveying services in the residential and commercial real estate sectors.  We offer professional services in Travis, Hays, Bastrop, Williamson, Caldwell and Burnet counties. Our office is located at 1404 West North Loop Blvd in Austin, Texas.  Our staff includes two registered professional land surveyors, surveying technicians, field crew personnel, sales staff and a well-trained office support staff. 

Our Company provides a wide range of survey services for real estate, commercial and residential properties.  We offer Residential, Boundary, Topographic, Construction Staking and As-Built Surveys.  We offer 24 hour turnaround (weather permitting), free flood information (verbal only), laminated blue line surveys for clients with the name and logo of your company, a two hour MCE credit course and an in-house courier.  Our Office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
